Coupling is a kind of fitting commonly used in industrial pipeline connection, also called direct head. Coupling is a short pipe used to connect two pipes. Because of its convenient use, it is widely used in civil construction, industry, agriculture and other fields.According to its manufacturing process, the Coupling can be divided into forging and casting. Forging is formed by heating and forging with ingot or round bar and machining thread with upper bed. Casting refers to melting the ingot and pouring it into a fixed Coupling model, then cooling it.

The bell and spigot Coupling can be widely used in different caliber pipes, including single, three and four-way pipes, as well as water meters and valves.

2. Excellent corrosion resistance. The Coupling can resist the corrosion of most chemicals, and can withstand the corrosion of high concentration acid and alkali with pH value ranging from 1 to 14 in a large range.
3. High stiffness. Due to the addition of glass fiber reinforced materials, the Coupling is not easy to deform.
4. Heat and insulation. The maximum operating temperature of the energy-saving Coupling is 95 ℃, and the thermal conductivity of the product is only 1 / 200 of that of the steel pipe, so it has better thermal insulation performance.
5. Reliable connection performance. The strength of the hot-melt joint of the Coupling is higher than that of the pipe body, and the joint will not be broken due to the soil movement or load.
6. Good construction performance. The Coupling is light, the welding process is simple, the construction is convenient and the comprehensive cost of the project is low.
