Alloy elbow is a general term for a variety of elbows. It is used to connect the two pipes with the same nominal diameter to make the pipe turn at 90 ° or other angles. Alloy elbow materials are various and widely used.

The common bronze alloy elbow is common in the general water pipe, but with the improvement of living standard, many water pipes use stainless steel elbow.

The alloy elbow made of manganese steel is usually used in concrete pipeline, mud pipeline and other pipelines with serious wear consumption because of its excellent performance of bearing impact, extrusion and material wear.

The high manganese steel alloy elbow is used in the pipeline with intense fluid flow and strong impact. The nickel steel alloy elbow is usually used in the normal temperature pipeline with high concentration of oxidizing acid (nitric acid, sulfuric acid).

6. The diameter of tube blank is smaller than the diameter of elbow. The deformation process of billet is controlled by the core die.
