The main steps of HDPE hot-melt butt reducing tee connection are as follows:According to the HDPE reducing tee and pipe to be welded, select the appropriate clamp, clamp the pipe, and prepare for cutting.Cut the impurities and oxide layer on the end surface of the welded tee and pipe to ensure that the two butt ends are flat, smooth and free of impurities.

The butt joint temperature is generally between 210-230 ℃, and the heating time of the heating plate is different in winter and summer. The melting length of the two end faces is 1-2mm.

Characteristic

Take off the heating plate, quickly make the two hot melt ends stick together and pressurize. In order to ensure the quality of fusion butt joint, the shorter the switching period is, the better.Fusion butt welding is the key to welding, the butt welding process should always be carried out under the melting pressure, and the width of crimping should be 2-4mm.

Keep the docking pressure unchanged, and let the interface cool down slowly. The cooling time shall be subject to the rough edge curling by hand and no heat is felt.Docking completion: after cooling, release the fixture, remove the docking machine, and prepare the next interface connection again.

Considerations

Reducing tees and pipes of different materials and wall thickness shall not be mixed.The end face of the connector must be kept clean, and the water or soil stuck shall be cleaned in time.

Before the hot-melt connection, the equipment should be maintained and then operated, so as to ensure the service life of the equipment.When using the connecting equipment, the plug must be inserted into the socket with ground wire.

During use, hands and inflammables shall not touch the hot-melt part to avoid accidents.Non professional personnel shall not open the product to prevent electric shock and damage to the safety performance of the instrument.
